Where are you located?
We're a small, US-based company! Every Feral and Foxy piece is made to order and printed by our production partners in the United States, so your order is printed, packed, and shipped right here in the USA. Most orders are printed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Because we only print what you order, there's no warehouse full of extra stock, which means less waste.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Check out our Shipping Policy for rates and estimated delivery times.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Every item is printed just for you, so please allow 2–5 business days for printing before your order ships. As soon as it's on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door. Don't see it? Check your spam or promotions folder, or reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.
What materials are your products made of?
We're picky about what we put our designs on! Our tees and hats are made from soft, comfy, high-quality materials that feel good to wear and hold up wash after wash, so you can rock your favorites again and again. Each style is a little different, so you'll find the exact fabric, fit, and care details on every product page.
